Police say a 19-year-old Churchville man was taken to a local hospital after a fight outside a Churchville McDonald’s last month.
On Jan. 23, a male who may have been a juvenile started making fun of the 19-year-old victim’s friend and the two exchanged words, according to the Harford County sheriff’s deputy’s report.
Employees at the McDonald’s in the 2100 block of Churchville Road asked the men to take the problem outside.
Once outside another male joined the first male who had insulted the 19-year-old’s friend.
The second male is described as about 16, white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, about 160 pounds, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, green polo shirt and “C. Milton” pants.
The second male allegedly pushed the 19-year-old, hit him in the face and broke his jaw, according to the report.
Police met with the victim at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air and saw the bottom part of his jaw was split and moved separately on each side.
The victim and his friends did not know the identity of the attackers, but said the two male assailants and two females were riding in a gold Volkswagen.
