Police closed Main Street in Bel Air and arrested two people after a fight outside a bar drew a large crowd during the early morning hours of New Years Eve.
Around 1:40 a.m. Dec. 31, a crowd formed as a fight broke out near the entrance to the Dark Horse Saloon, according to Bel Air Police.
About 30 people were involved in the altercation, and police closed South Main Street for about 15 to 20 minutes while the 20 police officers from Bel Air, Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police dispersed the group, according to police.
Steven Todd Scarborough, 22, of Street and Deangelo A. Warfield, 21, of Aberdeen, were charged by criminal summons with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace following the fight, according to police.
