Police say a man exposed himself to a stranger on the street in Joppa last week, and they haven’t made an arrest.

The 25-year-old Joppa woman told Harford County sheriff’s deputies she was walking on Joppa Farm Road toward Redner’s Market when she saw a man walking in the same direction, according to the police report.

She said the man suddenly stopped, turned around and exposed himself to her, according to the report

She said the man was looking at her, but didn’t say anything and she walked past him.

The man is described as in his 30s, 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing about 190 pounds. He has short brown hair and was wearing dark sweatsuit pants with three white stripes down the side and white tennis shoes.
