Harford County sheriff’s deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

o Daniela Caraway, 35, of the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

o Rodney Miles Martin, 21, of the 100 block of Kretlow Drive, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegally possessing a handgun in the vehicle.

o Thomas Richard Hoerr, 26, of the 200 block of Golf Drive, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while impaired by drugs or drugs and alcohol and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Aberdeen police report:

o Derrick Cortez Bailey, 19, of the 5100 block of Belair Road in Baltimore, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.

o Jess Thomas Bays, 26, of the 300 block of Union Street, was charged Sunday with failure to obey a lawful police order and obstructing and hindering police.

o Jack Junior Shepard, 35, of the 400 block of Dawn Court was charged Sunday with three counts of second-degree assault and second-degree child abuse.

o Robert Jermaine Williams, 18, of the first block of Raymond Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and possession of marijuana.

o Eric Michael Varady, 28, of the 2200 block of Hill Court in Bel Air, was charged Saturday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of a narcotic with the intent to distribute and second-degree assault.

o Tatia Michele Carey, 31, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was charged Thursday with first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, illegal possession of a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure and fourth-degree burglary.

o Thomas B. Bridgman, 35, of Robin Hood Road, was charged March 24 with drug possession.

o Wayne E. Sturdivant, 53, of Lanham, was charged March 24 with driving while his license was suspended.

o David J. Mackin, 21, of the first block of Bayland Drive in Havre de Grace, was charged March 24 with driving while his license was suspended.

o Darryl S. Thomas, 47, of the 600 block of Walker Street, was charged last Wednesday with theft.

o Patricia Mackline-Lee, 50, of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

o Dominique A. Johnson, 18, of Severn, was charged Thursday with a handgun violation.

o Taitia M. Carey, 31, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was charged Thursday with assault.

o Zenobia Council, 33, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was charged Thursday with assault.

o Theron R. Livingston Jr., 18, of Odenton, was charged Thursday with trespassing.

o Tim K. Harris, 19, of Riverside, was charged Saturday with theft.

o Alan D. Crigger, 20, of the 100 block of West Inca Street, was charged Saturday with drug possession.

o Edgar R. Jones, 27, of the 3000 block of Shrewsbury Road in Abingdon, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.

o Michael D. Wenger, 18, of the 4300 block of Horner Lane in Riverside, was charged Saturday with theft.

o Jackelyn Stevens, 21, of Livonia, N.Y., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol.

o A 15-year-old was charged Sunday with theft.

o A caller in the 400 block of Holly Drive reported a subject in the residence with a shotgun on Friday.

o A caller in the 100 block of Darlington Avenue told police Friday his car was spray painted.

o A caller in the 100 block of Mount Royal Avenue told police Saturday someone threw a rock and busted out her window.

o A caller on the corner of Aztec Street and Apache Drive reported seven people wearing black hoodies jumped him while he was on his way home Saturday.

o A caller in the 100 block of Osborn Road reported his radio has been stolen from an unsecured vehicle in front of his residence on Sunday.

o A caller in the 700 block of Edmund Street told police Monday a 17-year-old girl was bitten by a dog.

o A caller in the 500 block of Plaza Court told police Monday his roommate stole his TV Sunday night and now the roommate is gone.

o A caller in the 400 block of Washington Street told police Monday breaking and entering had occurred since Sunday.

Sheriff’s deputies and state police report:

Abingdon

o Jennifer Tracy Zimmerman, 34, of the 2900 block of Carlyle Court, was charged Saturday with false imprisonment and resisting arrest.

o Alyssa Agnes Diperna, 19, of the 300 block of Boeing Court, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

o A caller in the 3700 block of Abindgon Beach Road reported the theft of a trailer worth about $1,500.

Bel Air

o Glen Alan Craig, 48, of the 900 block of Hillswood Road, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failing to comply with a court order.

o A burglary occurred in the 1100 block of Emerald Drive some time between Saturday and Monday. A purse and its contents, containing gift cards and electronics, was stolen. There is a suspect in the case and the investigation is ongoing.

o Theft of building materials occurred Thursday in the 2100 block of Woodtop Way. More than $500 worth of trim molding and wood building materials were stolen.

o A caller in the 1800 block of Wye Mills Lane reported that four or five juveniles were behind the residence playing with a gun.

Bel Air police report:

o Ryan Thomas Boromo, 24, of the 900 block of Pine Ridge Court, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

o Elvia Diaz, 41, of the 800 block of Windstream Way in Edgewood, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

Sheriff’s deputies and state police report:

Belcamp

o Pamela Blanchard, 46, with addresses in the 2600 block of Harrier Way and the 2900 block of Ruskin Court in Abingdon, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and theft less than $500.

o A burglary occurred Monday in the 4300 block of Horner Lane. Some time between 6 and 10:30 p.m. someone entered and stole a safe and prescription drugs all worth less than $500. There was no sign of forced entry and there are no suspects in the case.

Edgewood

o Marvin Naquann Williams, 23, of the 400 block of Meadowood Drive, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree assault.

o David William Johnson, 23, of the 1300 block of Acorn Ridge Court, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft more than $500 and theft scheme more than $500.

o Darren Lamar Gregory, 18, of the 1800 block of Simons Court, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failing to obey a lawful police order.

o Bryan Ashley James, 24, of the 1900 block of Eloise Lane, was charged Sunday with theft less than $500 and being rogue and vagabond.

o Derek James Benavidez, 28, with addresses in the 1900 block of Harewood Road and the 500 block of Meadowood Drive, was charged Saturday with concealing a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

o Harry E. Deets IV, 26, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

o Preston Dandre Rich, 34, of the 1300 block of Gold Meadow Way, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and possession of marijuana.

o Donald Russell France, 48, of the 1900 block of Steven Drive, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

o Robert Raymond France, 44, of the 1900 block of Steven Drive, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

o Leanna Robinson, 29, of the 600 block of Edgewood Road, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft more than $500.

o A caller in the 2400 block of Greenheart Lane reported that a group of juveniles were smoking marijuana at the corner of the road.

o A caller on the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway reported that someone had attempted to break into the residence.

Fallston

o Benjamin Ryan Marx, 18, of the 1300 block of Old Fallston Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing on private property, second-degree assault, and first-degree assault.

Forest Hill

o Kevin Patrick Kelly, 20, of the 2200 block of Phillips Mill Road, was arrested Monday on an arrest warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

o A burglary occurred in the 2900 block of Grier Nursery Road on Friday and there are no suspects in the case. Between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., someone entered the residence by shattering a window. More than $500 dollars worth of jewelry was stolen.

Havre de Grace

o A theft from a vehicle occurred Friday in the 900 block of Chesapeake Drive. Under $500 worth of electronics were stolen, including a GPS and iPod.

Havre de Grace police report:

o Troy Albert Wetzel, 51, of the 4000 block of Landisville Road in Doylestown, Pa., was served a criminal citation Thursday for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was revoked or suspended.

o William Harry Buckheimer, 19, of the 600 block of Gilbert Road in Aberdeen, was charged Friday with drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

o Michael Allan Gullien, 27, of the 100 block of Wilson Street, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

o Lisa Claire Tabor, 27, of the first block of May Street in North East, was issued criminal citations Saturday for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

o Billy Lee Goodwin, 33, of the 500 block of Torey’s Road in Elkton, was served Saturday with a criminal citation charging him withi two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

o David Niele Necessary, 43, with no fixed address, was charged Saturday with a criminal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

o Ngai Naamone Lincoln, 35, of the 900 block of Corey Road, was arrested Sunday on a warrant from the Bureau of Support Enforcement.

Sheriff’s deputies and state police report:

Jarrettsville

o Joseph Peter Vaccarino, 26, of the 2800 block of Rocks Road, but who has no fixed address according to arrest logs, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance.

Joppa

o Brandon James Aragon, 32, of the 700 block of Town Center Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, resisting arrest and failing to obey a lawful police order.

o A burglary occurred to a residence in the 500 block of Barksdale Road on Friday. Between 9 a.m. and 3:10 p.m. a burglar entered the home through a kitchen window and stole a television, camera, and Xbox worth more than $500.

o A caller in the 1800 block of Stiles Court reported three juveniles were behind the residence shooting firearms.

Monkton

o A burglary occurred in the 3900 block of Old York Road on Thursday, but nothing was stolen. Between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., someone cut the screen on the porch, broke the glass of a window, and entered the residence. The resident returned to find the home in a state of disarray but noticed nothing missing. There are no suspects in the case.

Street

o Adam Lee Duff, 20, of the 3100 block of Sandy Hook Road, was charged Thursday with theft less than $100.

White Hall

o Jacob Matthew Johnson, 30, of the 3000 block of Troyer Road, was arrested last Wednesday on an arrest warrant in a case in which he was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

o Kory Jamaul Riley, 34, of the 46800 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, was charged Friday with exceeding the maximum speed.

o Anthony Edward Jackson, 33, of the 9600 block of White Acre Road in Columbia, who was already an inmate at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with telephone misuse by making repeated calls.

o Barry Lee Jones, 53, of the first block of Edinburgh Lane, was arrested Monday on an arrest warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft worth more than $500.

o Randy Allen Hammerbacher, 39, of the first block of Kinship Road in Dudalk, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

o Dominique Antonio Kennedy, 19, of the 3500 block of Lyndale Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with drug possession with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.

o Michael Sharone Beads Jr., 26, of the 3300 block of Kerry Road in Gwynn Oak, was charged Thursday with disturbing the peace, failing to obey a lawful police order, and resisting arrest.
